I. ODM Cooperation Process

1. Initial Consultation & NDA Signing (1-3 working days)

  1. Brands submit cooperation intentions through exclusive business channels (WeChat Work, business phone, cooperation email) and clarify core demand directions (e.g., "Develop a high-end PPF with yellowing resistance for over 7 years" or "Ultra-thin car film suitable for new energy vehicles").
  2. Our business manager responds within 12 hours, arranges a one-on-one demand communication meeting, initially explains our R&D, production capabilities and past anonymous ODM cases, and addresses the brand's questions regarding technical feasibility, production capacity, and lead time.
  3. Both parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), defining the scope of confidentiality (including brand needs, our technical solutions, sample data, etc.) with a confidentiality period of no less than 3 years to protect the core information security of both parties.

2. Demand Deepening & Proposal Quotation (3-7 working days)

Brands provide a detailed demand list (e.g., product thickness, coating functions, weather resistance indicators, target price, estimated order quantity) and may send reference samples if available.

We form a special project team (including R&D engineers, production process engineers, and cost accountants) to conduct technical decomposition of the demands:

  • R&D side: Evaluate the feasibility of material formulas (e.g., TPU substrate selection, coating process adaptability);
  • Production side: Confirm production capacity matching and equipment adjustment plans for customized production;
  • Cost side: Calculate the comprehensive cost of raw materials, molds, R&D, and production.

Submit an ODM Cooperation Proposal to the brand, including a technical roadmap, sample R&D cycle, mass production cycle, tiered quotation (graded by order quantity), and payment method recommendations, along with preliminary material samples (e.g., TPU substrate swatches) for reference.

3. Sample R&D & Confirmation (15-30 working days)

After the brand confirms the proposal and pays the sample R&D deposit (usually 30%-50% of the total R&D cost), we launch sample development:

  • Phase 1 (7-10 working days): Complete the first batch of laboratory samples, test core indicators (e.g., coating adhesion, scratch resistance, thickness uniformity), and provide a Sample Test Report;
  • Phase 2 (5-10 working days): Adjust formulas or processes based on brand feedback, optimize samples, and send the second batch of samples;
  • Phase 3 (3-10 working days): Both parties conduct a full-item test of the final sample (entrustable to third-party authoritative institutions such as SGS or Intertek) to confirm compliance with demand standards.

After the sample is qualified, sign a Sample Confirmation Form to clarify sample parameters as the basis for mass production; if modifications are needed, repeat Phases 2 and 3 until meeting the requirements.

4. Pre-production Trial Run & Process Finalization (7-15 working days)

Based on sample parameters, we adjust production line equipment (e.g., coating machine die head precision, slitting machine tension control) and formulate detailed mass production process documents (SOP).

Conduct small-batch pre-production (usually 500-1000㎡) to fully test production stability:

  • Inspect product consistency (e.g., thickness error between batches, appearance defect rate);
  • Verify production efficiency (e.g., output per unit time, energy consumption);
  • Troubleshoot potential issues (e.g., coating bubbles, slitting burrs).

Submit a Pre-production Report to the brand, including product test data and production process videos. The brand may send representatives to observe the pre-production process on-site; after confirmation, sign a Mass Production Confirmation Form.

5. Mass Production & Quality Control (15-45 working days based on order quantity)

After the brand pays the mass production deposit (usually 30%-50% of the total order amount), we launch mass production:

  • Raw material procurement: Purchase customized raw materials (e.g., brand-specified TPU substrates, imported coating materials) according to the order quantity and provide raw material quality inspection reports;
  • In-production quality control: Adopt a "three-inspection system" (first article inspection, patrol inspection, final inspection). Key processes (e.g., coating, curing) are equipped with AI visual inspection systems to monitor product quality in real-time;
  • Finished product sampling inspection: Conduct full-item tests (e.g., yellowing resistance, scratch resistance, adhesion) on finished products in accordance with industry standards such as GB/T 33382-2016, with a sampling ratio of no less than 3%.

During mass production, send weekly production progress reports to the brand (including production quantity, quality inspection data, and estimated delivery time), and respond to major issues within 24 hours with solutions.

6. Logistics Delivery & After-sales Support (3-10 working days)

After the completion of mass production, package the finished products according to the brand's requirements (customizable with brand logos and product manuals), arrange logistics (sea, land, or air transport optional), and provide logistics tracking numbers and packing lists.

After the brand accepts the goods, pay the balance (remaining 50%-70%). We provide a full set of documents including the Product Qualification Certificate and Test Report.

After-sales support:

  • Quality issues: Within 30 days of receipt, if the product has non-human-induced quality problems (e.g., delamination, severe yellowing), we are responsible for free replacement or return;
  • Technical support: Provide product installation guide videos, common problem solutions, and a 24-hour technical consultation hotline;
  • Replenishment service: The lead time for regular order replenishment is shortened to 10-20 working days, and urgent orders can be produced expeditedly.

II. OEM Cooperation Process

1. Cooperation Consultation & Demand Alignment (1-2 working days)

Brands submit OEM cooperation demands through exclusive business channels and provide complete technical documents:

  1. Product design drawings (including dimensions, thickness, and structural schematics);
  2. Technical parameter sheets (e.g., coating hardness, weather resistance indicators, adhesive viscosity);
  3. Quality standards (e.g., implemented industry standards, enterprise internal control standards);
  4. Samples (if available).

Our business manager, together with the production and quality inspection teams, completes the review of technical documents within 24 hours to confirm production feasibility (e.g., equipment adaptability, raw material availability) and invites the brand to conduct a factory inspection (optional).

2. Quotation Confirmation & Contract Signing (3-5 working days)

Based on technical documents, order quantity, and production cycle requirements, we calculate production costs (including raw materials, labor, equipment depreciation, and packaging), provide a detailed quotation, and clarify unit price, total price, payment terms, and delivery cycle.

After the brand confirms the quotation, both parties sign an OEM Cooperation Contract, defining the rights and obligations of both parties:

  1. Our responsibilities: Strictly produce according to technical documents, ensure product quality compliance, deliver on time, and protect the brand's intellectual property rights;
  2. Brand's responsibilities: Provide accurate technical documents, make timely payments, and cooperate in sample confirmation.

After the contract is signed, the brand pays the production deposit (usually 30%-50% of the total order amount).

3. Sample Confirmation & Process Debugging (5-10 working days)

According to the brand's technical documents, we produce the first batch of samples (usually 10-50㎡) and conduct basic inspections (e.g., dimensional error, appearance, basic performance).

Send the samples and Sample Test Report to the brand. The brand provides confirmation feedback within 7 working days:

  1. If the sample is qualified, sign a Sample Confirmation Form and start mass production preparation;
  2. If the sample needs adjustment (e.g., dimensional deviation, insufficient viscosity), we optimize the process for free and re-produce the sample until meeting the requirements (adjustment times are generally no more than 3; additional fees may be negotiated for excess adjustments).

4. Mass Production Preparation & Execution (10-30 working days based on order quantity)

We formulate a production plan according to the order quantity, allocate production line resources (e.g., reserve exclusive production time slots, adjust equipment parameters), and purchase raw materials that meet the brand's requirements (supplier qualification certificates can be provided).

Organize employee training before production to clarify product technical requirements, quality standards, and packaging specifications, ensuring standardized production processes.

During mass production, strictly implement the quality control standards specified by the brand, record key inspection data in real-time, and form a Production Quality Traceability Report for the brand's inquiry.

5. Finished Product Inspection & Logistics Delivery (3-7 working days)

After the completion of mass production, we conduct a full-item inspection according to the brand's requirements (the brand may send representatives for on-site sampling inspection or entrust a third party). A Finished Product Qualification Certificate is issued upon passing the inspection.

Package the products according to the brand's specified packaging standards (e.g., neutral packaging, brand-customized packaging), mark product batch number, production date, specifications, etc., to ensure traceability.

Arrange logistics and distribution, provide logistics tracking numbers, and monitor the transportation status to ensure timely delivery to the designated location (e.g., brand's warehouse, designated distributor).

6. Balance Settlement & Follow-up Services (1-3 working days)

After the brand confirms the acceptance of the goods, pay the order balance, and we provide full-value invoices.

Follow-up services:

  • Quality guarantee: Within the product warranty period (usually 1 year), if quality problems arise due to production processes, we are responsible for free repair or replacement;
  • Process optimization: Provide free production process fine-tuning suggestions (e.g., improving production efficiency, reducing waste) based on the brand's market feedback;
